The Institutional Payroll Policy is available in Volume IV, Book A, Chapter 5. Because of their title designation, all Postdoctoral Fellows, like Administrative Staff and Faculty Appointees, are paid monthly on the first working day of each month. The pay period covered is from the first through the last day of the previous month. Postdoctoral Fellows are encouraged to activate Direct Deposit so that paychecks are automatically credited to the designated bank account on payday.
