I have mucosal melanoma (nasal) not melanoma of the skin. What does M.D. Anderson suggest as follow-up treatment? I do not want to do Interferon. I was diagnosed in July 2004, have had 3 surgeries, a course of radiation after my 2nd surgery, and have had no recurrences since that time. Since mucosal melanoma is more rare I have not seen much as to suggested treatment protocols. Thanks so much for answering my question.
