| Subject: | my bladder cancer |
Hi, I have been a patient of Dr. Dinney for over a year. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to be treated by this Dr. and center. So far the tumors have been lasered. My bladder cancer was caught early and is a low-grade transitional cell carcinoma, but I still become extremely anxious before every appointment. I am aware of high recurrence with this type of cancer. So, will recurrence mean that one day I will have to make the decision on possible removal of my bladder or can it be that laser will always take care of it? Should I prepare myself with information on my options at this point? Any info will be appreciated. Also I have never been a tobacco user and always included vegetables and fruits in my diet. Never been over weight. Any supplements to consider besides a good diet with less meat? Thanks so much.
