The logo is central to MD Anderson's brand. It is how other people perceive our institution and what we do, and encompasses all the attributes that make us distinctive.
The recent evolution of the
logo integrates our Making Cancer History® tagline and the images made familiar through our "strike-through" campaign, in which survivors tell their cancer stories and draw a red line through their cancer type to symbolize triumph over the disease. The logo now includes a red line through the word "Cancer," as a visual expression of our mission.
