Connections: The Alumni and Faculty Association Blog

The MD Anderson Alumni & Faculty Association hosts a number of events over the course of the year.

Since 1984, the Steering Committee of the MD Anderson Alumni & Faculty Association has nominated and selected the recipients of the annual Distinguished Alumnus Award  (video)and the The Mike Hogg Award and Lecture  (video).

The association also hosts an Alumni Dinner in appreciation of its members, colleagues, family and friends.

An important component of the Alumni & Faculty Association is its support of educational trainees and students. The Life After Residency or Fellowship workshops, Annual Postdoctoral Science Seminar,   Trainee Excellence Awards, Stephen P. Tomasovic Trainee Lecture and Trainee Research Day are programs in which trainees may become involved for research recognition or for career development.
