The policies in the following segment apply to all employees. These policies also apply to those UTHSC-H students who hold student appointments within the institution.

With the exception of policy 2.37A Observing Religious Holy Days, which applies to all employees and students, the policies in the following segment apply to all employees of the UTHSC-H, but not to students or student appointees.
