Subject:Sarcomatoid

My mother recently had her radical nephrectomy/thrombectomy and pathology states the cancer is clear cell with sarcomatoid features.  She also has mets to lungs and bones and I'm worried about the aggressiveness of this type of cancer and potential treatment success.

Has anyone had experience with clear cell RCC with sarcomatoid features?  If so, what treatment did/are you having?  What has the success been?
