In March, they discovered a mass that had spread to my lung which was surgically removed.  I was doing fineand has an all clear brain scan in June, then suddenly 3 weeks ago I developed an intense headache and earache.  I went in for a scan and the doctors discovered 8 tumors in my brain with a lot of edema.  I was admitted into MD Anderson and am undergoing radiation treatment.  The challenge has been to get the swelling down and the pain under control.  To that end I am on high steroids and high pain meds.  Hopefully, I will be going home in a few more days.  Sutent or Nexavar is planned next.  Anyone had experience with that?  We are still in shock and trying to reconcile ourselves with this sudden change.
