My name is Sonny and I have just been dianosed with penile cancer.  I have had a second opinion and they are both to have surgery.  Partial penectomy.  I am scheduled to have surgery on 2/11/09 at Vanderbilt University Hospital.  My surgeon told me he does about 4-5 such procedures per year.  I just learned about M.D. Anderson and am trying to decide if I should make a trip ro M.D. Anderson before having the partial penectomy.  My surgeon said that chemo would be of no use and radiation would be even more useless.  The only reason for going to M.D. Anderson would be with the hope of not having to do a partial penectomy.
