I was diagnosed with blader cancer in March, 2007.  Since that time I have undergone 4 TUR's.  With the last TUR in August 2008, I underwent 6 weeks of BCG.  At the 4 week check up after BCG treatment, there was no indication of cancer.  However, at the next 3 month check, there were two new tumors.  The doctor removed them in the office.  The path report came back as high grade, but no muscle invasion.  I can't understand why there is nothing out there to stop the growth of the cancer.  I have questioned my Urologist, who assures me that this is the normal treatment options.  I have not been told that I am not a candidate for addtional BCG treatments.  I am concerned that I am not doing enough to stop this cancer.  Has anyone else been through this?
