Hi,

My father, 70 years old, was detected with high grade muscle invasive bladder cancer last year. He completed chemotherapy cycles and will undergo radical cystectomy. My question:

1) Is there any more treatment - BCG/ chemo/ radiation therapy given after surgery is performed to slow the recurrence. If yes, which one is preferabble?

2) Which type of urinary reconstruction procedure is most safe and has least disadvantages?
