In November 2008, 17 months ago, my husband was diagnosed with Stage 1 colon cancer - small focus of invasive well-deffererentiated Adenocarcinoma arising in the background of an Adenomatous Polyp. The invasive component measured 3 mm in greatest dimension.  They removed approx 12 inches of the colon. No further treatment.  On April 26, 2010, my husband had a left radical nephrectomy with ureter. Pathology reported it Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma, High Grade; T2,NX,MX. His 43 yr old son has been tested for Lynch Syndrome in which the tests were positive. He too has had colon cancer. Both surgerys's were in our local hospital. We are in the process of getting an appointment at MD Anderson but in the mean time we need some information on possible treatment for this type of cancer?  We don't have any idea what is next for him?
