Hello everyone

I had a sudden jump of PSA level to 25. Biopsy shows prostate cancer with Gleason 9.  They performed radical prostatectomy in December (in Oklahoma).  After 9 weeks, PSA shows 11.9  What is the best solution? Pelvic area radiation? Chemo? Hormone? All?
